Sites Dropped

 As a part of our on-going process to improve our services, we have dropped a number of sites from our servers.

These sites are the non-performing sites which had not generated any income, as such maintaining them would not be justifiable.

To be fair to sites which are generating income for us, and to improve on our responsiveness and system speeds, we have decided to drop these sites.

If your site has been dropped, it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Zero sales generated from your site for at least 12 months period
  • Abuse of our services by providing links to external sites
  • Failure to comply with our terms and conditions
  • Failure to pay for services which you have requested for (not inclusive of those provided for free).

    While we very much want to extend our services to every single merchant out there, we have to filter out those who has not performed.

    All performing sites who has not violated our terms of usage will continue to enjoy the services provided to them.

    For those who feels you should not be dropped, please send us an email explaining why your site should not be dropped and we will re-evaluate your case. Please note that this does not guarantee re-instating your site.
